Returns and Exchanges
I think you will love the quality of your items but if you are not 100% happy with your order, I will gladly accept returns! Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and reason for return and I will take care of you!
Returns must meet the following criteria:
- There is a 14 day window from delivery date to when you must ship your return back to us. Please email email@example.com ASAP to initiate your return.
- Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and with tag(s) still attached.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
I only allow exchanges for different sizes of the same product. You must return your item (unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached) and after I receive, inspect, and approve your item, I will email you with your size options for exchange. I cannot guarantee that an item will be in stock and available for an exchange. If the item is not currently available, I will refund you.
If you want to ensure that you get the size you need, I recommend placing a new order and then returning your original order. Once I receive, inspect, and approve your return, I will refund you back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping will not be refunded.
Please note that items in the sale section are final sale. These items may not be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
