Returns and Exchanges
We think you will love the quality and design of your items but if you are not 100% happy with your order, we will gladly accept returns! Our ultimate goal is to make our customers happy and offer free returns.
Returns must meet the following criteria:
- Please contact us within 14 days of order delivery date.
- Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
Please email email@example.com with your name, order number, and reason for return and we will take care of you!
We only allow exchanges for different sizes of the same product. You must return your item (unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached) back to us. After we receive, inspect, and approve your item, we will email you with your size options for exchange. We cannot guarantee that an item will be in stock and available for an exchange. If the item is not currently available, we will issue you a Handpicked Littles gift card with the total dollar amount of the exchange.
If you want to ensure that you get the size you need, we recommend placing a new order and then returning your original order. Once we receive, inspect, and approve your return, we will refund you back to your original payment method.
Please note that items in the sale section are final sale. These items may not be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
